Over the next few days while Bush's parents were in town we took them (or rather they took us :) ) to some of our favorite restaurants and places in Seattle. First stop was the Kingfish Cafe know for their famous southern food! And of course our favorite seafood place, Ray's. Part of the reason you go to Ray's is to view the sunset over the sounds but unfortunately we picked the rainiest day of the summer. But it was still well worth it! We also took in a Mariner's game and that same night we went to the Kiwi and Kangaroo and watched the All Blacks stomp Australia!!! Here are a few pics:

Our food...Red beans and rice, macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, seafood curry with grits-the southern ingredient. We had previously had hush puppies and fried green tomatoes~
And to finish it off...strawberry shortcake!
